Re-Elect
DINUZZO, MILMAN, QAZI 2025
Marlboro Town Council
Dear Fellow Republican:
We are running for re-election for the Marlboro Town Council and are asking for your vote in this year’s primary election.
We are the Official Candidates endorsed by the Monmouth County Republican Organization.
Mail-in ballot voting, early voting, and in-person voting on election day, June 10, 2025, are all available to you.
With your help, we successfully elected 3 Republicans to Council seats in 2021. We need your help to re-elect us with your vote and support.
Up until January 2022, when we took office, Marlboro’s government was run by only members of the Democratic Party. Five Democratic Council members and a Democratic Mayor, who has been in office for 18 years. No checks and balances. We have maintained checks and balances in our government by having a two-party system in town. This guarantees a healthy exchange of a variety of solutions concerning Township business.
Your team of DINUZZO, MILMAN, QAZI interacts with the administration regularly. Our residents’ issues and our concerns are vetted with the Mayor, and we come to a consensus before our Council meetings. At times, these interactions are very contentious. At our Council meetings, we conduct Township business on behalf of our residents in a professional manner. The two Democratic Council members vote with us as we are in the Majority.
Because of our Leadership, the Administration is promoting a municipal budget with a minimal tax increase for this year. FACT: For every $1 you pay in taxes, the Marlboro Council controls only 17 cents to run our Town.
Because of our Leadership, the communications infrastructure of Marlboro was overhauled and updated to today’s modern equipment and technology, including our 911 emergency number.
Because of our Leadership, Marlboro has implemented a $35 million road pavement project. FACT: Marlboro has several State and County roads we do not control.
We have opened up the Government with better transparency. All Township Council meetings are live-streamed, available online, and re-run on cable. Council meetings, Planning Board, and Zoning Board meeting dates are posted in the Weekend Update as well as on our website.
The safety of all our residents is our number one concern. We have increased our Police force by adding police officers. We have worked behind the scenes to have stronger laws passed to prosecute home invaders. Under our leadership and our amazing police force, we have reduced car theft in town.
Our parks and recreation facilities have been improved, adding pickleball courts and a cricket field.
We have maintained our triple AAA bond rating. Only six towns in New Jersey have this rating. It allows us to borrow for our capital projects at the lowest interest rates offered in the marketplace. The Bonding company stated, “The Government of Marlboro from two political parties works very well together.”
Overdevelopment is strangling Marlboro. We have traffic Jams at our intersections, it’s getting unbearable. This mess has been caused by the Trenton Democrats.
We are mandated by law to comply with the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH)
State mandates. We must provide affordable housing. Marlboro has been fighting our mandated quotas for years.
For change, we need help in Trenton on issues like this, which is why we must vote in our Republican Ticket: Jack CIATTARELLI, Governor, Assembly candidates for re-election, Vicky FLYNN, and Gerry SCHARFENBERGER to help us in our fight.
Our Team of DINUZZO, MILMAN, QAZI has the experience and Leadership that Marlboro needs to maintain our quality of life in Marlboro.
Thank you for your consideration to vote for us to be re-elected.
